Erindale Academy:
Nestled in a park-like setting near Erindale Park, Mississauga ON, The Erindale Academy (TEA) is a private school that provides full-year and semester abroad programs for international students in Grades 9-12. George is the former Chief Scientist at the Ontario Science Centre and later, an Associate Director. He was a curriculum consultant for the Toronto District School Board. He was also the President of the Royal Canadian Institute for the Advancement of Science. In 2002 He received the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal. 

Our school was recently ranked 38th our of 4000 high schools in Canada in Math education. One of our students was the top math student among all private schools in Canada.

Our mission is to go beyond the mandated curriculum and to foster attitudes and skills that will serve young people for the rest of their lives. 

The positive learning environment at our school empowers the whole young person to develop to their full potential intellectually, socially and emotionally. The academy offers the full traditional Canadian High School education, reinforced with English language courses for academic study. Students can obtain their OSSD diploma upon completion of Grade 12.

We select our staff and teachers not only for their academic training but also very importantly for their teaching abilities, life experience, and their capacity for concern and understanding as they work with students from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.

Our school is surrounded by safe residential neighbourhoods with easy-to-use public transportation that stops in front of our door. We are located in Mississauga, the sixth largest city in Canada and one of the safest. Toronto, Canada's largest city, is a short 30-minutes away. 

TEA is located in close proximity to the University of Toronto Erindale campus. This unique location is very attractive for international students and parents who understand the importance of the positive influence by University's academic learning atmosphere.

​We provide parents with the ability to see their child’s progress online through our parent portal, accessible through the TEA website.

After signing into the portal, parents will be able to see their child’s updated grades, attendance, and any remarks on academics or behaviour. This allows parents to remain up to date on their child’s performance.

Private School Programs for Students in Grades 9-12:

• Green Path Plus Advanced Placement (AP) - a full-year program for Grade 12 students only.

• Green Path Only (No AP) for Grade 11 or Grade 12 students

• Exchange Year for students who want to improve their English and experience Canadian High School life.

• Semester Abroad for students who want to travel for a short-term high school program.

Accommodation:

The Erindale Academy offers several different housing options for students who are living away from home. All of our living spaces are safe and within a reasonable distance from campus. Located near-by our student housing are an incredible number of amenities and facilities that will enable our students to get the most out of their education.

1. Homestays
Safe, clean homestays with experienced families that live close to the school. Recommended for under 17. 

2. On-Campus
The Erindale Academy offers a limited number of on campus boarding options. Usually reserved for full-year GreenPath Students.

3. Off-Campus
Dormitory-style living units are within condos located walking distance from the TEA campus. Recommended for 18+.

An Individualized Learning Cycle:

From the moment a student enters our door, their learning experience is continuously personalized and tailored to ensure that the education they receive is holistic. To do this, we assess each student before they start their courses to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.

Teachers take seriously their responsibility to prepare their students for success by communicating accurately the knowledge, skills and attitudes that students are expected to learn.

As prescribed by the Ontario Ministry of education the evidence of student achievement is collected over time from three different sources:

a) Observations
b) Conversations
c) Student projects 

Using multiple sources of evidence increases the reliability and validity of the evaluation

At anytime, whether due to changes in the student's progress or changes in interest, our counsellors, teachers, student and student's parents will meet to discuss any necessary adjustments to the student's study plan to enable the continuation of academic excellence.

A+ World Academy is a non-profit high school that sails around the world on the Norwegian sail Ship ’Sørlandet'. Students read international curriculum (Advanced Placement courses) on board, meet different cultures around the world and live in a challenging maritime environment that fosters independence, communication, teamwork and leadership.

We pride ourselves on close support of the students through a 7:1 teacher-student ratio, class sizes from 1-18 and support around the clock. We emphasise cultural understanding through encounters with people from around the world, and challenge our students daily to become the best versions of themselves.

Our program is demanding, and not for everyone. Not only are you a student at the school, but you take part in sailing a fully-rigged Tall Ship. Edu-inter French Immersion Homestays, Quebec
Courses / Programs
• Edu-inter provides homestay programs with a local Quebec French-speaking family for a full language immersion experience for high school students ages 13-17. Please note that this is not a residential school program.

• Our Academic Year in French Program (10 months) and our High School Experience Program (3-6 months) aim to provide students with an in-depth French language immersion experience and the opportunity to attain a high level of fluency.

• Students are completely immersed into a local high school program, live with a French-Canadian family and participate in cultural activities and excursions.

• Quebec City is the only major city in Canada with a 100% French-speaking environment, making it the ideal place to learn French.
High School French immersion programs for teenagers ages 13-17:

• Academic Year in French Program: This program lasts 10 months from the end of August to the start of June.

• High School Semester Experience Program: This program lasts 3-6 months.

London International Academy (LIA) is a co-educational private boarding school for international secondary level students, located in downtown of London in the Southwestern part of Ontario, Canada.
