Picture of Private School in Mississauga, Toronto areaWhat makes Erindale education unique and effective is our use of a student oriented individualized learning cycle. From the moment a student enters our door, their learning experience is continuously personalized and tailored to ensure that the education they receive is holistic. To do this, we assess each student before they start their courses to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.

Teachers take seriously their responsibility to prepare their students for success by communicating accurately the knowledge, skills and attitudes that students are expected to learn.

As prescribed by the Ontario Ministry of education the evidence of student achievement is collected over time from three different sources:

a) Observations
b) Conversations
c) Student projects

Using multiple sources of evidence increases the reliability and validity of the evaluation

At anytime, whether due to changes in the student's progress or changes in interest, our counsellors, teachers, student and student's parents will meet to discuss any necessary adjustments to the student's study plan to enable the continuation of academic excellence.
