A leading European culinary school in the South of France, Gastronomicom is delighted to offer our professional training to students from throughout the United States and abroad. We also offer 1-week, 2-week, 1-month, and 2-month culinary programs, as well as a special 1-year program that includes 3 months of hands-on classes in Miami, 3 months of classes in the South of France, and a 6-month internship in France.

3-Month Culinary Program
Course Duration: 12 weeks. You will have 4 hours of hands-on classes each day, 5 days per week (total of 240 hours).

Taught at a 1 Michelin star level, this program is suitable for professionals and beginners who want to learn or improve their knowledge in French Cooking or Pastry. We aim to teach you a lot of recipes over the course of 12 weeks, while you enjoy your stay with us in Miami.

This program is composed of 3 modules (each 4 weeks in duration) with different dishes with a higher level of difficulty taught in the second and the third months.

You will benefit from the expert advice provided by our teachers, which aims to help you to learn new skills and develop as a culinary professional.
