Toronto Music Camp:
The Toronto Music Camp, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a non profit organization affording children ages 10-17 the opportunity to join a band, record learn and perform every summer. TMC provides an excellent opportunity for children and teens to network, play in a band, hang out, and develop musicianship under the guidance of an experienced musical instructor.
About Toronto Music Camp:
The Toronto Music Camp (TMC) is developed by Elite Music Academy; a private music school offering music instruction for over 10 years. Now with two locations it has been voted the best private music school in Toronto and fourth in Ontario. In a fun and safe environment, students receive professional, qualified instruction on their preferred musical instrument and/or musical interest (i.e. guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, voice, and hand drumming). Each camp TMC runs culminates in a showcase at the end of each week.
Rock Camp:
If you're serious about music and want to jam with other musicians your own age, the Toronto Music Camp is for you! If you’re between 10-17 years old, you will have an opportunity to explore a plethora of musical styles ranging from Rock, Blues, Jazz, and World Music! This is an awesome chance for you to form friendships, network, and best of all, siphon the knowledge from some of the best music instructors in Toronto!
Percussion Camp:
If you're serious about music and want to jam with other musicians your own age, the Toronto Music Camp is for you! If your between 11-17 years old, you will have the oppertunity to blend modern contemporary drums with traditional percussion. Students will be encouraged to play both drum set and percussion (ie. djembe, cowbells and shakers). Learn to play funky blends of drumming in an easy to learn and fun environment, culminating in an ensemble performance at the end of the week.
