Spanish Classes in Andalusia, Southern Spain

Escuela Atena - Spanish Courses in Ayamonte and Huelva:
Escuela Atenea, located in Ayamonte, in the southwest corner of Andalucía close to the Portuguese border provides high quality Spanish language courses in a fun and friendly learning environment. We pride ourselves on being able to provide courses for students, of all ages and levels and to give each one of our students that personal touch. There is a maximum of only 6 students in each class, which means that everyone can achieve their goals.

Standard Course
This consists of 20 weekly lessons of 50 minutes each, usually in the mornings, although in the high season some lessons may be given in the afternoons. Courses start on every 1st Monday of the month all the year round. Advanced students could start every Monday.

DELE Exam Preparation
These courses are specially designed for those who wish to reach an official certification in Spanish. The Spanish foreign language Degree (Diploma de español como lengua extranjera, DELE), set by the Instituto Cervantes together with the Ministry of Culture.

The DELE diploma is divided into three different levels (Initial, Intermediate and Superior). Students sit the exams in Seville.

This consists of 30 weekly lessons: Standard Course + 10 lessons of specific DELE contents.

There are three examinations in May, August and November. Students should attend Escuela Atenea for at least four weeks in order to prepare for the DELE exams.

Individual Courses
Another choice for our students is to have individual tuition. This is for students who want the course to be tailored exactly to their needs. It’s also possible to arrange two-to-one lessons.
