Located just 15 miles north of Portland in Yarmouth, Cumberland County, part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford Metropolitan Area in Maine, North Yarmouth Academy is an independent, college preparatory, coeducational day school serving students in grades five through twelve. We offer a college preparatory curriculum with advanced placment courses, college prep PSAT, SAT and ACT as well as an experiential education program, afternoon enrichment programs and summer camps.

Community service is woven into student life and is designed to involve students in the larger community beyond the Academy. There are many opportunities to participate in service projects, depending on the individual student’s level of interest. Students may volunteer off campus at local schools, day care centers and elder care facilities during free periods.
A student may become involved in projects such as a walk-a-thon to raise funds for Juvenile Diabetes research, Holiday Families with the Salvation Army and volunteering at the Preble Street Resource Center in Portland. Students also have the opportunity to work with the Make-A-Wish Committee, organizing events and fundraisers to help grant the wish of a child with a life-threatening illness.

The Teddy Bear Club Preschool and Kindergarten located in Newton, Middlesex County, MA, has an international flavor not only because of its French atmosphere and culture, but also thanks to the diversity of students who attend the program.
