Preschool & Kindergarten Classes
Full and part-day options available for these classes. We offer materials and activities selected to aid children in working and thinking independently. Each day's schedule includes experiences in art, music, reading and math readiness, language and science, as well as activities geared towards the development of large and small muscle coordination.

It may also include field trips or classroom visitors, such as community helpers. We believe in positive classroom control, structured classroom activities and discipline, all within a loving Christian atmosphere.

A full summer program is also available. This exciting extension of our day school is open to children entering Kindergarten - 6th grade. If you are seeking a Christ centered summer program for your student, King of Grace Lutheran School will nurture, welcome and continue to help your child grow while school is out. Along with science, reading, math and writing, your child will participate in outdoor fun, teacher-led mini camps, field trips, drama, art and Bible lessons.

Arise and Shine Montessori in St. Louis Park in Hennepin County provides daycare and education for preschoolers and kindergarteners for children ages 33 months to kindergarten, and before and afterschool care for kids up through to third grade. St. Louis Park is a suburb immediately west of Minneapolis. The facility / school is licensed under Hennepin County Rule 3 as a group family day care and carries liability insurance for the safety of your child.

Our Minneapolis preschool provides a diverse variety of neurologically challenging activities and a wide array of learning materials to provide an optimum environment for your child’s growth and development. We have a mixed-age classroom and a smaller sized classroom which models the real world environment. This provides an opportunity for optimum child interactions and learning social skills.
