Esthetician:
Proper skin care is valued at the top of the list with proper nutrition. Students in the Esthetician program learn how to:

- Describe the material and equipment required for facial treatments
- Describe packs and masks and their possible ingredients
- Describe material and procedures for various facial masks
- Describe the two general classifications of unwanted hair removal
- Demonstrate the required or optional manipulations for a facial
- Demonstrate the techniques involved in the thermolysis method of permanent hair removal
- Demonstrate the methods of temporary hair remova
- Identify reasons a client might find fault with a facial treatment
- Identify the three methods of permanent hair removal
- Identify the various types of corrective facials given in the Beauty Salon

Barbering:
Our Barbering Program puts an emphasis on Men’s Hair Design, Shaves, Mustaches and Beard Trim. Students learn how to:

- Become familiar with the different types of hairpiece bases that are available
- Demonstrate the correct cleaning methods of hairpieces
- Demonstrate how to measure a client for a hairpiece
- Discuss alternative hair replacement methods
- Identify the types of hair used in the manufacture of hairpieces
- Show how to fit and cut hairpieces
- Sell hairpieces in the Barber Shops

Hair Braiding:
Hair Braiding is the rearrangement of natural hair. The program consists of the following:

- Cornrowing
- Rope Twist
- Individual braid
- Locing
