We offer open enrollment so you are able to join us any Monday for classes. At AEC, we offer our program in 6 different levels from beginning to advanced, with additional courses like Business English, University Prep, and Advanced Life Skills.

Admissions Process for International Student (outside the United States) 
For overseas students requiring I-20 for F-1 visa application.

Step 1  Complete an Online Application 
- A non-refundable $160 application fee

Step 2  Required Documents:
- Passport Copy
- Recent Transcript or Diploma
- Recent Bank Statement showing at least $18,000 USD. 
             Required by the US Embassy to show you can support your studies in the U.S.
             This can be under your name or parents name.

Step 3  Complete Application Fee
- Payment instructions will be emailed to the address on your application.

Upon completion, an AEC advisor will follow up with next steps at the US Embassy.


Transfer Student (in the United States) 
For F-1 students changing to a different school in the United States.

Step 1  Complete an Online Application 
A non-refundable $160 application fee.

Step 2  Required Documents:
- Passport Copy and Visa Copy
- Current I-20 Copy
- Recent Transcript or Diploma
- Recent Bank Statement showing at least $10,000 USD
             This can be under your name or parents name.

Step 3  Complete Application Fee
- Payment instructions will be emailed to the address on your application.
