Directions / Instructions:

For families traveling via interstate, from I-435 take the State Line Road exit. Travel south on State Line Road for approximately 1 mile. The Barstow School is located to the left (east) at approximately 115th Street. Look for the sign marking our driveway.

From Midtown/Plaza: The Barstow School is only a 20 minute drive from the Plaza. Take Ward Parkway south to 89th Street. Turn right on 89th Street to State Line Road. Turn left (south) on State Line Road and continue to 115th Street. The Barstow School is located to the left (east) at approximately 115th Street. Look for the sign marking our driveway

ASA Christian Academy is a private Christian school and learning center in Hazelwood, Missouri. We offer early childhood education for children ranging from baby, infant, toddler, children, and kids for preschool, kindergarten, and school age child education (1st grade - 6th grade).

In 1999, ASA Christian Academy (formerly Alphabet Soup Academy) opened its preschool in Black Jack with just four students. Since then, we have grown to house 105 students. At the request of our parents, we have expanded to a Hazelwood location that can house over 200 students from the age of two years through the sixth grade. Our classrooms are air conditioned, video monitored, and safe for all ages.

We educate our children wholly, focusing on loving, trusting, and respecting each child. We meet the needs of our children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth. We promote our children's curiosity, sense of wonder and desire to learn.
Infant, Toddler, Two-Year-Olds, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, School Age - 1st grade-6th grade. Our full day curriculum incorporates individual, small group, large group and cooperative learning. 16:1 student/teacher ration, low tuition.
