Summer English Courses for Juniors, Teenagers & Families:

Intensive English Language & Leisure Summer Program:
Course Duration: 2 weeks +. For children (ages 9-12) and Teenagers (ages 13-17) from beginner to advanced.

Photo of English Summer Courses for Juniors in IrelandEach student's age, needs & learning styles are considered and catered for. We offer a level assessment and interview on the first day of your course and then you will join the right class with other students of your level.

With courses running from the end of June to the end of August, you can choose to study for as many weeks as you like.

We want your program to be as 'personally designed' as possible, so we ask you before you come, to tell us what you hope to achieve in your English language program and also what leisure activities you enjoy.

We also find out how you learn - so we can match our teaching methods to suit your learning style.

Some students learn best visually while others remember what they hear, others prefer to use their hands and many like a combination of all their senses stimulated.

We design a program that helps you to improve your English quickly and successfully and also a leisure programme that will be fun and exciting for you.

Thanks to the fact that we limit the school size to a maximum of 60, there is a great 'family' atmosphere and soon 'strangers' from other countries become friends for life - and don't forget you will be communicating in English all the time.

Our Summer English Program includes:

Young Kids' English Summer Camp
For Children ages 3-8. This camp runs from 9am to 2pm each day.
Give your young child a head-start by enrolling them in this summer camp! Research has shown that the earlier a child is introduced to a second language, the greater the chances they will become truly proficient in it.

At Atlantic S.E.A.L., we want to offer every kid, of every age the opportunity to excel in English.

In this camp, young learners have the opportunity to mix with Irish children and make new friends, while learning and playing through the medium of the English language. The teachers are all university graduates with extensive teaching experience.

Not only are they qualified specialists in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), they are also qualified in Young Child Education & Development (Steiner, Montessori etc).

English Camp Activities:
Picture books and storytelling; Arts & Crafts; Action Rhymes (acting out songs); Active games – ‘Moths & Bats’ ‘Blind Man’s Bluff’ etc; Language Art; Nature Art; Beach walks; Scavenger Hunts with prizes; Free Play.

Your child will also learn essential functional language to use with their new friends (‘Pass me the scissors, please’, ‘Could I have a marker, please?, ‘May I go to the toilet?’)

Summer Courses for Families:
Picture of English Summer Courses for Juniors in IrelandSummer English courses for adults, juniors and teenagers, and young children all take place at three separate centres which are all located very close to each other, meaning that Mum & Dad are always nearby.

We synchronise timetables so parents, younger kids and also their older siblings attend one of our 3 separate, but closeby centres.

This allows them to easily enjoy a unique ‘whole family’ learning experience, but with each the needs of each family member carefully attended to, according to their age and level.

Year-Round English Courses for Juniors:
Closed group or 'one to one'  or 'two to one' Junior courses are available at any time throughout the year. In addition, we provide Junior English courses at Easter or other weeks by special arrangement.
