Kids' Academy International Pre-school, Bangkok:
Situated in central Bangkok, southern Thailand, Kids' Academy International Pre-school is a place to learn and play. Through these theme-based programmes, we aim to develop the child's self-confidence, self-esteem, language skills, social interaction, discipline, intellectual growth, and physical movements. Although we follow the British Curriculum emphasis is also placed on Thai Culture and ethics.

Mother & Toddler Playgroup:
Time: Monday to Saturday 9:30 - 11:30am.
Kids' Academy offers a daily playgroup for children aged 10 months to 4 years old. You and your child are free to explore the playgroup's indoor and outdoor areas. Our playgroup is well equipped to keep your toddler entertained. There is a ball pool, soft climbing toys, paints and glue, cars, dolls and more. There are also daily opportunities to sing songs, listen to stories, make art and crafts, and get fit with yoga and dance. Outside we have climbing frames, cars and bikes, and of course weekly access to our Sand Pit and child sized Swimming Pool.

We also provide a nutritious snack for both children and carers. A parent or carer must stay with the child throughout the session and is solely responsible for the child's care.

Pre - Kindergarten:
Young children are just learning to explore the world through their senses of sight, sound and touch. Newly mobile children want to take off in all directions at once. However, they have the need to feel safe and secure in their environment so that they can develop their love for learning. Our Nursery Curriculum ensures that your child's day will be filled with things to explore, items to see, objects to touch and hugs to give and receive. Each day is personalised by our experienced teachers to provide an environment that will develop your child's confidence and self-control .

Children will gain experience from a variety of activities such as Art & Crafts, Pottery, Cooking, Music & Movement and Creative play in our Water and Sand activities. Our classroom is designed with the active, busy young children in mind. It supports a daily schedule balanced among active play, quiet time, independent explorations and small group interactions. Classrooms are set up into learning areas allowing children to explore areas that are of interest to them. We also offer a specially designed Activity Room for gym and Yoga.

Kindergarten 1-3:
At kindergarten age, children are ready for a longer, more structured day. Many skills are developed using the natural curiosity of children at this level. Children are given ample opportunities to expand in their language, maths and science skills throughout the day, as well as building social skills and self-confidence in an enriching, trusting environment. Our teachers work with children using hands-on learning experiences to build upon your children's knowledge base and to reinforce concepts.

Children are taught the basics of addition and subtraction, reading, writing, pencil control, along with craft and theme work. Numeracy and literacy hour is also a featured part of the school curriculum.

Kids' Academy understands the importance of one to one teaching and keeps the class numbers small. This allows teachers to concentrate on each child giving them the chance to work at their own pace.

Each day children have the opportunity to participate in additional activities within the school timetable including art, pottery, cooking, science, music, Thai language, computer, exercise and yoga class. Kids' Academy has a well stocked Library and computer room, art room, pottery room and activity room for indoor play and yoga, and a large playground for physical activities Kids' Academy 's programme also emphasises continuous, open communication between teachers and parents concerning each child's development. This aspect of the Kids' Academy programme is critical to maintaining high levels of parental confidence and satisfaction. At the same time, our qualified and attentive staff assists children in developing the confidence and self esteem necessary to meet the challenges of tomorrow. The school regularly provides feedback and reports on the progress of your child as well as upcoming activities each month.
