Accommodation:
Stenden South Africa provides accommodation on campus, subject to availability. Most rooms are en suite, have ample living and studying space, and equipped to guarantee comfortable living. Single and double accommodation is available. As there is not enough accommodation on campus for all students, Stenden SA also provides accommodation off campus to students. This accommodation is within walking distance of the campus and features similar levels of comfort and security as the on-campus accommodation. There are small lounges available for small groups that can be used. During functions the large public lounge / restaurant will be used.

Stenden South Africa uses a unique teaching technique known as Problem Based Learning (PBL). PBL involves a blend of lectures and self study, where students are tasked with solving a carefully chosen real life industry-related problem. Individually researched solutions are presented to the group under the guidance of a lecturer. Groups are small, usually 15 students, allowing a more personal learning experience. As a teaching and learning strategy, PBL helps develop critical thinking and creative skills, improves problem-solving skills, increases motivation and helps students transfer knowledge gained to new situations.

Hospitality Management students are able to travel while they study! Grand Tour allows students to study at any of our international campus sites: The Netherlands, Bali, Qatar or Thailand.

The BBA Disaster Management degree is the first of it's kind and provides students with professional and practical skills combined with a multi-disciplinary academic approach.
