The Fulton School at St. Albans, Missouri:We welcome international students from countries all over the world to our English as a Second Language (ESL) Program at our campus in St. Albans, Missouri, in the Midwestern region of the United States. The Fulton School of St. Albans (TFS) is a small, independent, not-for-profit, private school serving students from 18 months of age through 12th grade of high-school, preparing them for higher education and a lifetime of learning.
