North Georgia School of Ballet:
Located in Sandy Springs, a northern suburb of Atlanta, Fulton County, GA, and formed in 2011, the North Georgia School of Ballet (NGSB) offers a positive, nurturing environment to meet your every dance need. Classes are offered for kids (from ages 3 years +) to teen / adults in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Creative Movement, Pointe & Variations. As well as Sandy Springs, North Georgia School of Ballet serves Dunwoody (DeKalb County), Marietta (Cobb County), and Roswell (Fulton County), GA.

At our school, our mission to create a positive, nurturing environment for students, parents, and instructors to interact in order to develop each student to his or her full potential. Whether you wish to receive the skills necessary to build a professional career, or just want to have fun, our ballet school is dedicated to your growth. 

Dance Classes (Kids, Teens & Adults):
* Children's Dance Programs:  Creative Movement (Ages 3-5; no prior experience necessary) & Combination Ballet / Tap (Combo) (Ages 4-6; one year of CM required unless the student has reached 6 years of age)
* Pre-Level Classes:  Pre-Ballet (Ages 7-9) & Pre-Jazz (Ages 7-9)
* Ballet:  Ballet I - III (Ages 9+) & Pointe I -II (Ages 11+)
* Jazz:  Jazz I - III (Ages 9+)
* Tap:  Tap I - II (Ages 7-14)
* Modern:  Modern I - III (Ages 8+)
* Hip Hop classes for all ages
* Teen / Adult Dance classes

Dress Code:

A neat and tidy appearance sets an attitude of attentiveness and respect for students, teachers and the art of dance. Teachers must be able to see the dancer's body outline clearly in order to make proper corrections on posture, alignment, etc. Hair must be properly secured and tied up off of the face and neck for all styles of dance.

Jewelry must not be loose or dangling. Gum chewing is not allowed due to danger of choking and appearance. No loose fitting pants, blue jeans or t-shirts (they are not dance attire). No costumes are allowed in class unless a dress up day is announced by the individual teacher.

Located in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, Evans Christian Academy (ECA) is a non-profit, co-educational institution for grades 6-12. The Bush Centre For Ballet, Sandy Springs
Courses / Programs
Located in Sandy Springs, Fulton County, Georgia, The Bush Centre For Ballet offers ballet and pointe lessons for children and adults, including pre-ballet I for 4-5 year olds, pre-ballet II for 5-7 year olds, ballet I & II for children of 8 years upwards as well as pointe lessons for children of 11 years upwards.

Classes are offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons & Saturday morning. Adult stretch class is on Wednesday morning. The Director Ms. Bush believes in creating a healthy environment in which students will learn to appreciate the history and various techniques of classical ballet.

Our children’s and teenager´s classes are designed to foster those skills appropriate to their age group and may incorporate respect, sharing, participation, leadership, listening, following directions and self-discipline. This is achieved through a methodology of instruction created by the Royal Academy of Dance in order to promote healthy and happy self-images in a fun, controlled class environment.

We provide summer dance camps in June and July for children ages 5-8, and 9-16 yrs. They include dance lessons, a ballet related craft project and movies of ballet performances.

Founded in 1977 and located in Johns Creek, Fulton County, Georgia, North Atlanta Dance Academy is dedicated to top quality dance training and provides fun yet challenging dance to students beginning age three through pre-professional. Whether a casual student or a dedicated pre-professional, all those who study at NADA receive proper skills in ballet technique, pointe, character, modern, jazz and tap. We also offer an open school program as well as an intensive summer camp.
