We have been providing high-quality French classes for nearly 30 years, and are focused on oral comprehension and expression at affordable prices. Langue Onze students comprise a diverse international community. Class enrollment is limited to nine students and all course materials are custom-made and included in the price.

Learn French in the heart of picturesque rural Burgundy with La Petite Classe!

Situated in Semur-en-Auxois, close to Dijon in eastern France (just two hours from Lyon), La Petite Classe provides beginner to advanced level French immersion programs, with 1, 2, and 3-week study options.

Home stays are available all year round and suitable for students of any age and level. Learning French with Maryse will ensure that you make tremendous progress within a short period of time.

Speaking French and only French will help you to acquire an authentic accent, develop your self-confidence and enjoy a real fluency in the language.

The course is designed to meet your own needs, at your own pace in a very small group (1-3 students). The mornings are dedicated to the 4-hour class (22 hours per week) and your local guide, Maryse, will take you on excursions twice a week in the afternoon.

French Immersion is a French language school situated in the countryside in a small and peaceful hamlet (rural settlement) on Belle-Île-en-Mer, a French island off the coast of Brittany in the departement of Morbihan in the north-west of France, 14 km from the Quiberon peninsula. We are located 5 km from the harbour (Le Palais) and 4 km from the village of Locmaria (one of the four communes of Belle Île). It is 45 minutes by ferry from Quiberon to Le Palais.

French Immersion provides year-round French language homestay packages for individuals or groups for all levels from beginners to advanced. Students stay with their teacher while learning the French language. The teacher, Michel, has been teaching French Literature and French as a second language, since 1982.

Beautiful sandy beaches and wild coast with magnificient cliffs are within easy reach of our school. Our students stay in "l'écurie", annex to the main house, which has just been renovated and includes a bedroom and a private bathroom. Relax and study French in our beautiful 7,000 square meter garden. Activities available on the island include kayaking, sailing and more.

- Package 1 :
A whole week at the teacher’s home with bedroom and private bathroom ( 7, 6 or 5 days) in a traditional renovated island house (includes 3 hours of instruction daily)
