The English Language Institute at Paris American Academy (ELI PAA) offers a 4-week English language (ESL) program to international students and native French students at elementary English to advanced English levels. The objective of this course is to help students to improve their English and to prepare them for further studies at Paris American Academy, English-speaking business schools, colleges or universities in Paris, France and throughout Europe. Students who successfully complete the 4-week course receive a Certificate in English Language indicating the highest level you achieved. All textbooks and materials are provided.
Established in 1965, Paris American Academy (PAA) is an accredited private institution of higher learning offering bachelor degree, semester abroad and summer programs in Fashion, Fine Arts and Interior Design to students from around the world.
English Course in Paris (4-weeks / 80 hours):
Our English language (ESL) program is a full-time, intensive 4-week course designed for elementary to advanced English level students. Each hour is a real class with a real teacher and each student has 80 hours with at least 2 or 3 different teachers (American, Canadian, British) with their own specialty.
Your entry level will be determined by a placement test on arrival to ensure that you are placed in the class that best suits your individual needs.

The course is available year-round with flexible start dates. You can study for just one 4-week term or stay longer.
Certificate in English:
When you successfully complete the 4-week English course, you will receive a Certificate in English Language indicating the highest level you achieved.
Our highly experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers have graduate degrees and specialized training in teaching English to speakers of other languages.
Our teaching methods, combined with our intercultural knowledge, will not only improve our students' general linguistic and communicative skills in English, but will also prepare students for academic studies in France and beyond.

The English Language Institute at Paris American Academy is centrally located less than a kilometer from Notre-Dame cathedral in the famous Latin quarter and draws upon Paris' cultural and artistic heritage in making the city it's campus.
Classes are mainly held in the Pavillon du Val de Grâce, a 17th century, historically classified building. Recently renovated, this six level edifice also serves as the Academy Art Gallery. Other studio space and administration offices are located in adjacent buildings.
We work closely with a shuttle service and can arrange a pick up for you from the Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to the school when you arrive in Paris.

Kickstart School is a language school in The Hague (Den Haag) in the Netherlands that provides English and Dutch language courses.
