Our Montessori program offers a curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten / Kindergarten and in 2011, Lower Elementary (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grades). Bilingual (English / Spanish) Montessori Education Programs:

We offer an individualized curriculum that is "child-centered".  This allows each child to learn and develop at his/her own pace, reinforcing learning capabilities without ignoring signs of possible learning disabilities.

School Curriculum:
Primary subject areas include Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Geography, Arts, Science and Mathematics. All lessons allow children to begin their journey from the concrete to the abstract through manipulation, experimentation and invention. A Montessori curriculum is designed to challenge students to integrate and synthesize information, identify and develop problem-solving and decision-making skills through critical thinking.

Lessons are matched to each child’s individual progress, therefore enabling the child to build their leadership and communication skills, by gaining self-confidence, independence, emotional development and academic achievement. The student not only becomes well educated, but also experiences a genuine joy of learning.

Activities that are included in the regular curriculum are

- An age-appropriate Yoga class
- Music lessons
- Zumba (Dance class)

Regarding extra-curricular activities, which is our “Enrichment Program”, we offer the following alternatives

- Karate classes

Summer sessions (during June and July) are also available and include swimming lessons at the University of Miami pool, etiquette classes, arts and crafts instruction and on-site house field trips. 

Our school is open year-round (12 months), from 7:15 AM to 6:00 PM. The academic school year runs from August to May. Throughout the year, we have many activities and events in which parents are able to participate. Also, during the regular year, Parent Workshops are held with the purpose of providing a more in-depth knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and method of education.

Lycée Franco-Américain is a private two-way immersion language school from Pre-K 2 to 5th grade, located on Stirling Road, Cooper City in south-west Broward County.
