The Manchester School of English, located in the city centre of Manchester (160 miles northwest of London), England, is an accredited English Language School providing EFL (English as a Foreign Language) general English language tuition at all levels to students from any part of world. The Manchester School of English can now offer our English language courses to international students who want to study at our school on a six month Student Visitor Visa.

Living with a British family is a great way to further improve your English outside of the school. Our host families are carefully selected to ensure you will enjoy your stay in Manchester. Most of our home stays are located in residential areas on the outer edge of the city – the average travelling time is about 30 to 60 minutes by public transport; bus, train or metro.
