HC London:
HC London is an English language school dedicated to providing quality English language classes in The West End in Central London, one minute from Piccadilly Circus Station. We offer full-time and part-time general English language classes for all levels from beginners to advanced levels, as well as English language exam preparation courses and summer intensive English language courses. We arrange accommodation for students during their stay and organise activites so that they can fully enjoy London. HC London understands the needs of people who come to England to learn English. We put the student's needs first, and you leave with confidence knowing you can use the language in the real world.

English Language Courses (For all levels from beginners to advanced levels):

Full-Time English Language Courses (October - June):
Every afternoon general English for 3 hours a day. All levels available. Courses start every 3 months; October, January, and April (2 – 6 students per class).

There are courses for starter, elementary, pre-intermediate & intermediate students. Courses take 3 months to complete. The classes are Monday to Friday. You can start anytime during the course.

The courses follow a Cambridge syllabus. Classes start with pronunciation exercises. There are discussions, readings and listening exercises. Through these you learn grammar and vocabulary. There are games and activities to practice your learning. Reading and writing are skills which are taught in class but mainly done at home. There is continuous correction during class and correction exercises; e.g. find your mistake.

Part-Time English Language Courses (Year-round - afternoons & evenings):
Courses for intermediate to advanced students in the evenings. There are courses for:

- Elementary
- Intermediate
- Upper intermediate
- Advanced

The classes are two days a week for 90 minutes a class. The courses follow a Cambridge syllabus. Classes start with pronunciation exercises and there are discussions, readings and listening exercises. Through these, you learn grammar and vocabulary. There are also games and activities to practice your learning.

FCE (First Certificate Exam) / CAE (Certificate in Advanced English) English Language Exam Preparation Courses (Afternoons):
Part time courses in the afternoons to prepare students wishing to take Cambridge exams (upper intermediate and advanced). The classes are two days a week for 90 minutes a class. 

Summer Intensive English Language Course:
General English courses for pre-intermediate and intermediate student. The course begins in July and ends in September but students can come for any number of weeks during this period. You can start any day July – September. You can stay for , 1 week, 2 weeks or the whole 3 months.

Students learn in very small groups of no more than 6 and so receive a lot of individual attention. There are pronunciation exercises every class which is an area of language that is often overlooked by most courses. There is an equal balance of grammar and vocabulary, students often complain of knowing one but not the other. The focus in class is on speaking and listening; the two hardest skills to master. Reading and writing exercises are mainly done outside class as homework to maximise class time. Students learn how to write at HC London; how to construct emails, letters and CVs effectively.

There are organised trips away at the weekend for interested students to visit other areas of England and also evening activities with native speakers, to have dinner, to go bowling and to bars. During these organised events students get to practice and have fun.

HC London also provides accommodation around London in rooms in houses. If students prefer, they can also stay in halls of residences around London.
