The Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy on the Westside of Los Angeles is a swimming school offering a variety of classes to children and adults of all ages and levels. Started in 2005 by 4 time Olympic Gold Medalist Lenny Krayzelburg, "our core purpose is to teach and inspire children to be water safe". Since our inception we have taught thousands of kids’ water safety and the importance of knowing how to swim. The Aztec Aquaplex, located on the San Diego State University (SDSU) campus in northeastern San Diego, is a recreation center & aquaplex offering year-round public swim lessons to children and adults. The facility hosts three swimming pools: an Olympic-size (50 meter) pool, a Recreational pool and a Hydrotherapy spa. There are also two 3-meter and two 1-meter diving boards. Children under 18 years of age must pass a deep water swim test to use the diving boards. All lessons are American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Certified.
