Selection of High Schools:
High schools are chosen carefully to enable you to interact with Australian students of a similar age to enable you to develop your english language skills and develop long lasting friendships. Enjoy the choice of subjects that each high school specialises in. Most high schools are situated close to beaches, the harbour, or the city with easy access to shopping, post office, transport and entertainment.

Campus Education Australia's host families provide and guarantee a safe, high quality environment for every exchange student. We firmly believe in the value of host families as a way to learn another language, another culture.

We see a real need for a quality provider to take a leading role in the homestay homehost area. Our educational homestay program offers the exchange student both year long and semester experiences, living with local host families and taking classes in a local high school as well as joining local sports groups and programs.

These homestay programs are growing substantially, primarily because of our commitment to quality and orienting, supervising, selecting and supporting host families and working closely with high school coordinators.

Our host families are chosen with comprehensive interviewing by our coordinator.

Airport Meeting and Welcome
On arrival you will be met at the airport by our CEA representative who will be holding your name identification card as you enter the lobby. If experiencing any problems, please make your way to the information desk in the centre of the airport lobby area and ask for assistance. If you ring this number 0418630414 we will make contact with you within minutes.

On arrival you will also receive a detailed CEA Information pack. This has specific information regarding your study abroad program - sights to see, things to do in Sydney, public transport information and things you made need during your stay here. CEA will then transfer you to your new host family.

Student Visas
Student Visas are necessary for all students. Please check with the Australia Embassy/Consulate in your country if you need a pre visa assessment before applying to CEA. Details of Australian student visa requirements can be found here

Campus Education Australia has diverse knowledge of Australian study abroad programs and would be happy to package various options at your request. Each student is an individual with special needs and sometimes special requests. We at CEA are here to ensure this is carried out with professional and personalised service.

CEA offers you guidance and assistance in many areas relating to study abroad programs. We have experts who can talk with you if need be.

Orientation is offered bi monthly to discuss cultural differences, high schools, host families and everyday circumstances. We also have a 24 hour emergency contact number.

Sports are popular in Australia. You can join a local or high school basketball, volleyball, baseball or tennis group. Play golf, go horse riding, roller blading, surfing, swimming or pushbike riding. If you prefer music, why not join the high school band and really feel a part of the group. By joining in you will be sure to meet new friends.
