Road2argentina Semester Program, Buenos Aires:
We are a study abroad organization based in Buenoa Aires, eastern Argentina, that offers programs for international students who wish to study in Argentina. We work with two top universities in Buenos Aires, the University of Belgrano and the University of Buenos Aires. Our semester programs begin in early March and early August. The first week of class works as a “trial” period, during which time you may visit all the classes that interest you and reconfigure your course schedule accordingly.

Semester Programs for International Students in two leading Argentinian Universities. Subjects include Accounting, Advertising, Business, Economics, History, International Relations, Journalism and Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Labor Relations, Sociology, Social Work, Business Administration. Courses available in English and Spanish.

At the Universidad de Belgrano you will have the opportunity to take regular university classes with Argentines and special courses designed for international students. The courses at the Universidad de Buenos Aires are regular courses with Argentines and international students.

Both universities are among the top universities in Argentina and South America and both are available to international students. The University of Belgrano is a private university that has a program designed especially for international students, meaning there are courses available for students of all Spanish levels, including English speaking students with no Spanish knowledge. The University of Buenos Aires is the most prestigious public university in Argentina and is world renowned. This is a very large university and only recommended to students with an advanced level of Spanish.

Accommodation options include:

1) Homestay: We have home stays located throughout the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires including Palermo, Belgrano, Barrio Norte, Recoleta and Retiro, which means that we will be able to place you close to your school, volunteer or internship placement. Our families choose to house international students because they believe in the benefits of cultural exchange and enjoy opening their home and family to new people. Living with an Argentine family is an excellent way to immerse yourself in both the Spanish language and Argentine culture while having the support and comfort of a home environment.

2) Student Residence: Our student residence, The Road House, is located in the upscale neighborhood of Recoleta, only a couple blocks from the subway, dozens of bus lines and the best shopping and dining in Buenos Aires. Living in our student residence is a great opportunity to make new friends from all over the world.

3) Shared Apartment. Our shared apartment option provides you with your own room in the apartment of a young Argentine. In this option, there may be more than one Argentine and/or international students also sharing the apartment. This housing option is a great way to make friends and contacts your own age while providing the opportunity to optimize your Spanish speaking practice.
