McGinty School of English is a private English language school located in Almería in the Andalusia region of Southern Spain. We offer English courses to adults and children of all ages. We have English courses for beginners, elementary, pre-Intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced.

Adult students at McGinty School of English can also study for Cambridge exams. We hold classes for adults at KET, PET, FCE, CAE and Proficiency level. Business English classes are available for our corporate clients or for adult individuals.

We deliberately offer small class sizes (maximum of 10 students per class), all classes / groups are formed by level of English and age to ensure that all our students make as much progress as possible during their time studying with us.

The school is located in one of the main residetial areas of Almería and has been operating from these premises since 2001. We have well lit, air conditioned classrooms with all modern teaching tools available.

- English for children (preschool, primary and secondary school level)

Our Teachers:
All of our teaching staff are qualified English teachers, University graduates and commited to their profession. Our aim is to be the best but not necessarily the biggest language school in the region. We have an excellent reputaion in the local community for high quality teaching provided by excellent teachers.

English for Children:

We offer English classes to children from the age of 4. All our Primary students now have the opportunity to study for Cambridge Young Leaners Examinations. Our classes are specifically tailored to prepare our students for Cambridge Starters, Movers and Flyers examinations.

Secondary students follow a course designed to be both fun and interesting, while at the same time covering the curicculum necessary to prepare for Cambridge KET, PET and First Certificate (FCE) examinations.

Both Primary and Secondary course are held in our two schools as well as in State schools in Almeria capital.

We also organise study tours in the UK for children and teenagers each year.
