Intensive Sommelier Diploma Program:
Course Duration: 18 weeks. Language of Instruction: Spanish (Mente Argentina offers an Optional Intensive Spanish Preparation Course)
The main objective of this program is to shape individuals into highly qualified wine professionals with the capabilities and knowledge to become leaders in the wine industry, as well as in other areas of Gastronomy and Tourism.
The responsibilities of a sommelier may include selecting the wines and beverage services at a restaurant, holding wine tastings and giving presentations, as well as being a wine critic, writer, educator or consultant.
This program provides you with all of the education and tools that you will need to become a successful professional in the wine industry, both domestically and internationally.
You will be prepared for a management position or to start your own business in one of the profitable industries in the world.
Mente’s Sommelier program offers students the highest quality education, and because of the intensive nature the program can be completed in just five months.
It will encompass all of the material that a 12-month program covers in a short and thorough five months.
