General English
The General English programme aims to develop communication skills and an all-round understanding of the English language. This is ideal for those students who wish to learn English and at the same time enjoy a holiday in an English-speaking environment

General English is taught at six different levels of English, from beginner to advanced. The course covers reading, writing, listening and speaking and also essential grammar, pronunciation, colloquial language, idioms and vocabulary. As there is no fixed duration for this course you can continue it for as long as you wish. This course can be taken either as a stand alone programme or as a refresher course before attending a specialist programme.

General English Intensive
Our General Intensive English Language programme extends the General English experience into the afternoon. The extra lessons are given in a smaller group which makes this course more effective. This combination means that it is a very reasonably priced study option.

Business English
Elanguest’s Business English course is designed for the highly motivated business person. The aim of the course is to help business personnel to communicate confidently in a global English speaking, business environment. This specialist program requires the student to have an intermediate to advanced level of English. Taught in small, personal groups of six, the course covers the following topics.

- Report and contract reading and writing
- Role-play business meetings and interviews
- Preparation for conducting presentations and business assignments

Topics may vary to include marketing, banking and any other business-related issues depending on the students’ needs. Elanguest can also design courses for business groups to suit special purposes.

Medical English
This highly interactive, specialist course, aims to provide the student with a sufficient level of Medical English terminology to help develop the communication skills required to converse with English speaking doctors and patients.

This condensed 20-hour, two-week afternoon course covers a broad range of topics which include:

- Medical vocabulary, terminology, and idioms
- Role-play
- Doctor - Patient relationships
- Understanding medical reports and case studies
- Medical abbreviations

Using study material from leading European Universities and medical institutes, this programme is carefully compiled from specialist medical resources, current case studies, topical reports and journals.
