• This intensive two-week summer course is designed to help gifted young people (children aged 5+, teenagers and adults) to develop their talents. We welcome highly-motivated musicians (strings, brass, wind, percussion, voice) from around the world. LMFL also offers a music summer camp in Florence, Italy for adults & teenagers (16+) for all levels & backgrounds. We also welcome younger advanced students accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.

• Our summer violin camp 2026 will be hosted by Giggleswick School, a co-educational day and boarding school in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire, England. It is accessible from all parts of the UK through excellent road, rail and air links (Approximately 380km from London, 57 km from Leeds, and 100km from Manchester). The closest international airport is Manchester International Airport, just 70 miles away, with direct flights from major cities in UK, USA & Europe).

International Music (Violin) & Language Summer Course 2026:
Course Duration: 2 weeks in July.

Our young violinists will receive 10 hours of expert violin tuition during the 2-week course - 1 hour of private tuition each day.

We provide our students with opportunities to take renowned Trinity College London exams in both music and/or English language.

• Participants also receive quality language tuition in Spanish, French, German, Italian or English in very small groups (5-6 maximum) or in one to one tuition. The IELTS English test preparation course can be studied either 1 -1 or in group tuition & will be for 17+ year olds.

• Young musicians under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, we will accept unaccompanied children from the age of 11 who are at an advanced level and known to us from attending a previous LMFL course.
