Spanish Basic A1: 
Basic Spanish A1 is a foundational course introducing core grammar and vocabulary alongside a lively window into the culture of the Spanish-speaking world. Students will progressively gain skills in speaking, reading and writing in basic Spanish, and gain confidence in Spanish-speaking environments.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

Communication:
• Use simple Spanish to conduct basic activities in daily life in the Spanish context
• Interact in a participative way in basic conversations, and be aware of Spanish cultural contexts

Linguistics:
• Gain core vocabulary – numbers, colours, hobbies, countries etc
• Form basic, accurate sentences with a small variety of verbs, adjectives and pronouns
• Have a taste of linguistic differences between Spanish as used in Spain and that used in South America

Further European & Asian Languages:
Italian, German, French, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, and Korean,
