We offer our young students the unique opportunity to study in one of the globally-renowned colleges of Cambridge University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, located just 50 miles north of London. With courses taught by scientists at the cutting edge of physics research, our physics summer camp will be a fascinating experience!

Physics & Astronomy Summer Course 2024:
- For high school students ages 14-18 years old.
- Summer course = 2 or 4 weeks in July / August.

If your teenager would like to study physics at college or university level, or is simply passionate about science and physics, this comprehensive course is ideal.

Taught through a mixture of lectures, discussions, practical sessions, and problem-solving tasks, there is a strong emphasis on developing students’ skills in the subject and  increasing their knowledge.

Subjects include:
- Astrophysics 
- Nuclear Physics
- Particle Physics
- Relativity

During lectures, tutors will discuss modern developments in Physics as well as their personal experiences and involvement in researching the subject. 

Course highlights include a visit to the Science Museum in London, a rocket launch practical, and a trip to the Engineering Department in Cambridge. 

Accommodation:
Students stay in one of Cambridge University’s colleges or in our central Cambridge headquarters, ‘Reach Hall’. Each of our summer school courses are run by professionals who truly care about your child's safety, education and cultural experience.
