Sap Certification Training – HR Management & Administration: 
Course Duration: 8 weeks. Study Options: Online & in-class

On completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Provide expert knowledge on the interfaces between SAP, HRIS, and other HR-driven applications (data issues, troubleshooting, testing, etc). You will also be able to act as a liaison between technical experts and HR.

- Research and resolve post-implementation SAP/HCM functional issues, engaging external and internal resources as required for escalating and resolving operational and system problems as required.

- Test newly implemented SAP/HCM and system processes and functionalily.

- Implement and test application configuration changes as determined through business requirements.

- Develop and deliver end-user references, user manuals, and pertinent training materials that relate to system set-up and related processes.

- Provide data cleansing and conversion of HRIS data to SAP and post-go live governance to ensure continuous alignment between HRIS and SAP systems.

- Supply expert knowledge in the solution design process.

- Provide on-going feedback regarding enhancements to systems and processes that would result in improved efficiency.
