- Train the end users and prepare end user training material
- Assist the technical staff by testing the behavior of the system during go-live

- Be responsible for any enhancements
- Write functional specs and interact with abapers to develop any user exits 
- Customize the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case
- Diagnose, analyze and solve any issue that comes up
- Document the settings and prepare proper guidelines that allow other consultants to do further changes or repairs with due efforts
- Be responsible for handling tickets and application support to the end users
