If your teenager is passionate about maths or planning to study a math-related field at university, give him or her the summer experience of a lifetime with Reach Cambridge! We provide residential summer courses in a wide range of academic fields, including mathematics. Available to UK secondary school students and international high school students (ages 14-18), our 2-week summer maths course gives students the opportunity to study in the world-famous Cambridge University, located just 50 miles north of London. Having produced a number of Fields Medal winners, Cambridge is the ideal place to gain an introduction to University level Mathematics!

Residential Summer Course in Mathematics in 2024:
- For UK and international students ages 14-18 years old
- Summer courses = 2 or 4 weeks in July / August

An academically rigorous introduction to mathematics at university level, this summer camp aims to teach students to explore the diverse forms of Mathematics, to challenge the boundaries of the subject, and to think about both practical applications and theoretical approaches.

Subjects include:
• Game Theory
• Linear Algebra
• Number Theory 
• Principles of Statistics 
• Quantum Mechanics 
• Set Theory 
• Special Relativity
• Theory of Probability

Topics include those from both the Pure and Applied Mathematics streams and also incorporate some overlap with Physics. 

Computer Science & Maths Course:
Reach Cambridge also provides a Computer Science & Maths summer course covering Algorithms, Computational System Design, Information & Coding Theory, Programming Language Theory and more.

Student Accommodation:
These unique summer courses offer an invaluable experience of British culture in the stimulating and distinguished surroundings of the University City of Cambridge in the south-east of England. Students stay in one of Cambridge University’s colleges or in our central Cambridge headquarters, ‘Reach Hall’
