Canadian Centre for Verbatim Studies is a Ministry-approved, private career college in Toronto that specializes in the online training and professional development of transcriptionists and court reporters. We provide a 14-week online Court Transcription certification program as well as a 4-week Digital Legal Monitor / Court Reporter course to home-study students living in Canada.

Our Court Transcription course is delivered online by two seasoned ACT professionals. Study from home up until the final exam - which must be in person at our school in Toronto or at our designated location in Ottawa (depending on your preference).

The Digital Monitor course is delivered online through our learning management system (LMS), which contains all of the readings, resources, and coursework. Students can work at their own pace through the course material during a 4-month timeframe.
