Featuring a practicum, this course prepares students as multi-skilled healthcare workers who function as assistants to physicians in a variety of ambulatory care settings. Responsibilities of the medical assistant include administrative and clinical duties. Course modules include:

An Associate Degree in Applied Science is awarded upon successful completion of the required program with a 2.0 G.P.A. and a "C" or better in all allied health courses. Course modules include:
