• Medical Office Assistant Diploma Course:
Medical Office Assistant students will receive in-depth training in general medical office procedures, including scheduling appointments, patient records, medical file documentation, privacy act, conflict resolution and medical specialist referral procedures.

Students will receive sound instruction in anatomy, physiology, medical and pharmaceutical terminology, and hands-on training in clerical skills used in a medical office. Medical transcription, medical bilingual variety computer programs are included.

• Personal Support Worker Diploma Course:
