Hondros Nursing:
Located just 15 miles northeast of Downtown Columbus, in Westerville OH, Hondros College is a career training college specializing in nursing programs. Courses include a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program, a Registered Nursing (RN) program on-site, and an RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) online course. The focus of our Nursing Programs at Hondros is to educate professional nurses who enter the workforce of the Ohio communities which we serve.
On-site & Online Nursing Career Training Programs:
Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Diploma Program - on-site training
Upon successful completion of four (4) quarters (44 weeks) of the Hondros College Practical Nursing curriculum, the graduate will receive a diploma and be certified to the Ohio Board of Nursing who will determine the student’s eligibility to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX© -PN).
The LPN program requires approximately 12 hours of clinical practice per week, depending on the course. Clinical shifts are usually 6-12 hours in length, and may be scheduled during the day, evening, or on the weekends. Mosules include:

Associate Degree in Nursing - Registered Nursing (RN) Program - on-site training
Upon completion of six quarters (66 weeks) of the Hondros College Associate Degree in Nursing curriculum, the graduate will receive an Associate Degree in Nursing and be certified to the OBN who will determine the student’s eligibility to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX© -RN).
The RN program requires approximately 12 hours of clinical practice per week depending on the course. Clinical shifts are usually 6-12 hours in length, and may be scheduled during the day, evening, or on the weekends. We have clinical agreements with large and small hospitals, long term care facilities, hospice, and surgery clinics to provide a thorough, hands-on learning experience for our students. Registered Nursing (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - online course
Hondros College's RN-to-BSN online degree program can be completed in as little as 12 months. The program is flexible, and you can attend either full or part-time. There are no on-site clinical requirements.
There are many benefits to earning your Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a BSN prepared nurse, you will advance your education and open up the door to more career opportunities. You may be eligible for management and leadership positions, and accordingly, will increase your earning potential.
