Healthcare Training Certificate Programs

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program
Graduates of our CNA program are trained to help care for physically or mentally ill, injured, disabled, or infirm individuals in hospitals, nursing care facilities, and mental health settings. Our graduates who gain employment in nursing care facilities often are the principal caregivers, having far more contact with residents than do other members of the staff. 

CNA Plus Program
The CNA Plus program is an extension of the Nurse Aide Training Program offered by DRM International Learning Center. It is our endeavor to ensure that our graduates become the highest qualified and most sought after job candidates for long term care facilities, hospitals, hospice centers, assisted living facilities, adult foster care homes, and other locations requiring the professional skill of Certified Nurse Aides. 

Certified Home Health Aide Training
The DRM International Learning Center Home Health Aide and Advanced Home Health Aide training programs are designed to prepare individuals to help people who are elderly, disabled, ill, and/or mentally disabled to live in their own homes or in residential care facilities instead of in nursing homes.

Restorative Nursing
The purpose of Restorative Nursing Training is to introduce the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist residents to maintain, improve, and/or regain functional independence. 

Home Health Aide Certification
Throughout the CNA Plus program, students will acquire the knowledge, skill, and training that qualifies them to take the national certification exam and become Certified Home Health Aide through MHHA. 

Hospice/End-of-Life Care
The purpose of the Hospice/End-of-Life Care Training is to introduce the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist residents who are facing terminal conditions.

Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
The purpose of the Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Training is to introduce the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist residents to care for persons with Alzheimer's and dementia. 

Health Care Worker (CPR)
DRM offers this class both for certification and recertification. This class will fulfill the nursing students’ core curriculum, as well as, the requirements for all healthcare providers like nurses, dentists, etc. Students will receive training in infant, child, and adult CPR and First Aid along with Blood Borne Pathogens.

Certified Nursing Assistant Medication Administration
The purpose of the Nurse Aide Medication Administration Training is to introduce the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist residents to effectively manage their medication regimen.

First Aid/CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens Training Program
Included in the HHA and CNA training and available to the community are our Health Care CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens training programs. All health care professionals may take this course, which fulfills core curriculum requirements for nurses, care givers, therapists, emergency personnel, and more.

Employment Empowerment Training
Students will learn how to write a resume that draws the attention of hiring managers, how to prepare themselves for an interview, what to expect in an interview, and how to sell themselves. Graduates of this class will become their own very effective commercial and the top candidate for every job.
