Situated in North Hollywood in the east San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, SOCHi is dedicated to helping students achieve their dreams by providing an exceptional education that enables them to become skilled and successful manual therapists. Financial aid may be available. We also provide job placement assistance.

Physical Therapy Aide / Sports Rehabilitation Certificate Program 
- 38 weeks full-time

The increasing number of people that need physical therapy reflects, in part, the increasing elderly population, who are particularly vulnerable to chronic and debilitating conditions that require therapeutic services.

Physical Therapists are expected to increasingly use aides to reduce the cost of physical therapy services. This program applies an integrated approach to health and wellness by incorporating medical massage and physical therapy modalities.

Courses include:
Deep tissue massage; Sports massage; Swedish massage; Physical therapy modalities; Therapeutic stretching; Therapeutic exercise & more..

SOCHi is a California BPPE (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education) Approved School, and is accredited by The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). In addition, SOCHi is approved by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in Federal Student Financial Aid Programs.
