The National College of Technical Instruction, College of Emergency Services (NCTI/CES) is dedicated to the delivery of high-quality education in the field of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Milwaukie, a suburb of Portland, Oregon as well as several other locations throughout California and the United States. We offer specialized instructional programs, including Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, and other emergency services and critical care programs.

NCTI/CES’s Milwaukie, OR campus is located at 9800 SE McBrod Ave., Suite 200, near the I-99E – Highway 224 Interchange, just 10 minutes South of downtown Portland. Ample free parking is available for students and customers. All course instruction for the Paramedic, EMT-Basic, A&P are held on-site at NCTI/CES.

The instructional facilities consist of 2 classrooms (capacities of 42, and 28 students, respectively), 6 breakout classrooms for psychomotor skill practice, physical & on-line library resources, 3 student learning stations (computer access), and staff administrative offices in an 8,045 square foot complex. Full audio-visual equipment capabilities are available and used by instructors in all courses. NCTI/CES also has a full array of modern, state-of-the-art, EMS equipment for skill practice.

There are designated break areas available on-site for students to relax between classes. Cafe & refreshment services are available nearby, within 15 minutes of the campus. All NCTI/CES facilities meet fire and life safety standards.
