NMBA - Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia:
The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) is the new national board that replaces all the previous state based nursing boards such as NBV. The NMBA is now responsible for all Nurse Registration applications. Overseas nurses wishing to undertake our Initial Registration for Overseas Nurses Program will need to make an application to the NBMA for registration. Alternatively, overseas nurses who have already been issued with a NBV letter to undertake such a program and which has not expired may apply for our course.
