2 Month Epicure Program - French Cooking or French Pastry
Course Structure: 8 weeks, you will have 4 hours of hands-on classes per day, 5 days per week. All of your weekends are free. 

Suitable for both beginners and professionals, our French Cooking and French Pastry classes are taught at 1 Michelin star professional level by French chefs with extensive experience.

This program comprises 2 modules (each 4 weeks long) with different dishes along with a higher level of difficulty taught in the second month.

The primary goal of this course is to teach you a lot of recipes and to ensure that you enjoy your stay with us in Miami.

Course Content: 

- Pastry Course
1st Week: Breads, Viennoiseries, Doughs, 2nd Week: Cakes and Entremets, 3rd Week: Chocolates, 4th Week: Plated Desserts and Decoration. The same topics will be studied at a higher level in the following 4 weeks.
OR
- Cooking Course
1st Week: Cold Starters, 2nd Week: Hot Starters, 3rd Week: Fish dishes, 4th Week: Meat dishes. The same topics will be studied at a higher level in the following 4 weeks.

Additional Culinary Programs:
- Short Culinary Programs in Miami: Gastronomicom also offers 1-week, 2-week, 1-month, and 3-month culinary programs, with students specializing in either French Cooking or Pastry.

-  Special 1-year culinary program: 3 months of hands-on classes in Miami, 3 months of classes in the South of France, and a 6-month internship in France.
