ARC ACADEMY OSAKA:
ARC Academy was founded in 1986 to help foreigners who were interested in Japanese to acquire the language as communication tool. At ARC Academy in Osaka, in the heart of Japan, we adhere to the needs of each student.
About ARC Academy:
"ARC" means "the bridge to the world". At ARC Academy we do not only teach the Japanese language we provide the students with insights into the culture and history of the Japanese language. Business people who learn Japanese with us can feel comfortable knowing we are teaching him the whole story not just grammar and sentence making. We teach from the heart of the language. Since January 2001, foreign students from more than 40 countries are studying at different courses available at our school varied from private lesson to regular course. Foreign students studying at our school are composed of Japanese language learners from overseas, business-related people, researchers, embassy workers and language teachers.
Teaching methods:
Making the best use of our actual achievement in Japanese teaching field, we are applying our unique teaching method to Korean language teaching and Chinese language teaching, moreover, are now fostering human resources corresponding to the sophisticated networking society to administer lesson system by unique in-school network called "Web administering lesson system". Through these activities, we hope to continue to contribute to the world peace and future of human race.

Experience Japanese culture first-hand and improve your Japanese language skills by studying with NILS Japanese Language School in the Fukuoka area of south-west Japan, only an hour by air from Tokyo and Osaka. We provide a range of short-term (4-12 weeks) and long-term (1-2 years) Japanese language courses to students from all over the world.Established in 2003, we tailor our Japanese programs to suit the needs of each individual, making sure that you are truly comfortable with the language before your course is over. We offer intensive Japanese courses, evening classes, summer programs, and a homestay program. We place equal emphasis on each of the key language skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Most of our students master up to intermediate level of conversation within three months.
NILS has two campuses in the Fukuoka area in the Kyushu Island region of south-west Japan. Our Ogori City campus, about 30 minutes from Fukuoka City, houses the students in our intensive Japanese programs (long-term programs). Our Fukuoka Campus (the main campus for students in our short term programs) is located near the central area of Fukuoka City, just 1 minute's walk from Nishitetsu Ohashi Station.
