Conveniently located in Plano TX, The International Music Conservatory (IMC) provides group music classes and private music lessons for kids and teenagers ages 2-18 from all over the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. We teach Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Piano, Classical Guitar as well as Voice Training. We offer master-classes, chamber music, music theory and video presentations. In addition, music classes for adults are available.

Our mission is to assist aspiring young artists in finding his or her voice and style through the fundamental training of instrumental technique as well as music communication skills. Our goal is to develop a fundamental music and technical foundation enabling students to become versatile musicians, who are not only dependable instrumentalists, but also unique and creative in their interpretive process.

Our faculty are graduates of the finest institutions which include the Juilliard and Eastman Schools, Curtis Institute, Moscow Conservatory and Shanghai Conservatory, as well as our own Southern Methodist University (SMU), Texas Christian University (TCU) and University of North Texas (UNT).
Music Classes for Kids & Teens (2-18) in Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Piano, Classical Guitar & Voice.

The IMC core curriculum is based on a thirty week school year, broken down into two semesters. Students have weekly classes in their chosen instrument and can choose to supplement this with private lessons.

The Master Class Series: Offered twice a month & designed to allow students of all levels to have an opportunity to study under some of the greatest performers & teachers of our time.

Founded by makeup artist Lauren Clark, LC Makeup School provides one-on-one makeup lessons and tutorials to students of all levels in the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston areas. Lessons take place on location for your convenience, or in our studio in Round Rock, Texas.

After completing her first cosmetology class in 1999, Lauren Clark knew she wanted a career as a make-up professional. Over the next 15 years, Lauren pursued and gained a strong experience base to transform that calling into a reality.

Today, Lauren draws from her past experience as counter manager with Clarins, make-up artist for MAC Cosmetics, and the high-visibility work she has performed with clients ranging from Eva Longoria, Betsey Johnson, Seventeen Magazine & ESPN.

With diverse talent in bridal makeup, television/film, print, airbrushing, tattoo cover and more, & an equal passion for helping other aspiring make-up artists, Lauren authored a Makeup Artist's Manual to provide expert advice to aspiring make-up professionals.

Lessons are typically held in the students home, or at her studio. She is also available for travel to teach seminars. At LC Makeup School, we have a passion for teaching makeup artistry to others. We are proud to offer affordable and short training courses to get you on your feet sooner.

The Recording Conservatory of Austin
Courses / Programs
The Recording Conservatory of Austin (TRCoA) in Travis County, central Texas offers programs for audio engineering, music production and music business students. Each one of our mentor-ship style classes are taught completely one-on-one, giving the student undivided attention for each lesson. Beginning Audio Engineering is a prerequisite and sets the foundation for the Advanced Music Production and Electronic Music Composition programs. The Beginning Audio Engineering and Advanced Music Production programs take six months to complete. The Electronic Music Composition program is 16 weeks long.

TRCoA's program is designed to work with your schedule. All classes can be scheduled for evening or weekends. Additionally, the studio and editing rooms are open to students 24/7. TRCoA is recognized by the Texas Workforce Commission. Because all of our classes are taught one on one, TRCoA fall under a special exemption for trade schools provided by the Texas Workforce Commission. New classes start every two months. Classes start in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Sanoon Violin Academy provide private and group violin lessons for children and adults of all levels from ages 3 and up. Lessons are taught either from the teacher's home studio in Allen, Collin County TX, or through a call out, servicing the Allen, Anna, Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, Melissa, Murphy, Parker, and Plano areas.

Students get to participate in recitals at least twice a year. We offer weekly private and group lessons, important for encouragement and practice. Currently we offer two programs and new additional classes designed to help each student develop the skills to realize their dream to work in the Film and Video or the Audio Industry. Our philosophy is to provide each student access to industry standard facilities and equipment. That is why each program provides extensive hands-on experience on a wide range of equipment currently being used by working professionals.

The Recording Arts Program is a comprehensive program designed to teach students the basic to advanced aspects of audio recording, operational and basic technical concepts of audio equipment provided by practical applications, demonstrations and projects that are based around the many different audio related professions. Basic system configurations are developed to understand equipment interrelationships. Graduates of this program may find entry-level employment as an assistant engineer in a recording studio, radio station, TV station, Post-production facility,or live music venue.
Recording Arts Program. The approximate time to complete this program is 44 weeks. Students will be awarded a diploma upon completion.
