We are a Culinary Cooking School in Sorrento, Naples, Italy. The location is ideal for many different day trips. With a 10 minute walk you can catch the local train and arrive at Pompeii or Herculaneum and Naples within 30 - 45 minutes. You can walk to Sorrento, a very quaint little town, in 10 - 15 minutes. In Sorrento there are many wonderful restaurants and stores. Sorrento also has a ferry terminal where you can catch the ferry to numerous places such as the island of Capri, Ischia, Procida or the Amalfi Coast.

Respecting the nature you'll discover the truth behind reputation in Italy for good food and wine in their healthy eating habits.

In contrast to a typical culinary school the meals prepared in class are provided for guests staying at Mami Camilla. The students get the benefit of learning to cook in larger quantities. Each meal consists of four courses: Antipasto, First course, Second course, and Dessert. Chef will provide a brief overview of the daily cuisine and the number of guests for each evening. They will be given a book of recipes and are encouraged to take notes during demonstration. He will demonstrate proper technique and Italian cooking syles. Hands on participation occurs daily and jobs are delegated to students according to their ability. This is a great opportunity for students to learn beneficial skills as well as the fabulous Neapolitan

Most of the dishes chosen can be easily made at home and the ingredients can generally be found in your country of origin. They are surprisingly simple to prepare yet are unforgettably flavourful and will have a profound effect on your future guests.

Visit the market to learn how to select the best vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients used during the preparation of our meals.

Visit the oldest traditional cheese factories and watch the production of old-fashioned braided Neapolitan Mozzarella, the Casocavallo, and other unique cheeses produced in this area. Walk in Sorrento for a stroll around the town - an experience rich in surprises. Point out various bars and meeting places in addition to many elegant shops carrying merchandise from the most exclusive names in Italian fashion as well as small precious handcrafts and antique shops.
