PAWS Grooming Academy is the only pet grooming school in Western Colorado. Located in Grand Junction CO, we provide a Complete Groomer course (500 hours), a Groomers Assistant course (120 hours), and an Advanced Groomers course (up to 40 hours). Students can avail of full-time and part-time options. Our mission is to provide quality pet styling and grooming care, a safe, friendly and positive experience for the pet as well as for the students and staff of our salon, with the sole purpose to prepare our students for careers in the pet care industry.

- She is a "National Certified Master Groomer"
- She has owned 2 successful businesses
- She was also a veterinary technician
- She has competed in dog shows with ribbon placement
- She has received "Best in Show"
- She is an AKC Breeder of Merit and exhibitor of Kerry Blue Terriers
- She has had multiple Kerry Blues in the top 20 National Rankings
- She still competes in dogs shows
- She is often asked to speak at workshops and seminars

Beginner to Advanced Level Pet Grooming Courses:

- Groomers Assistant course (120 hours)
- Complete Groomer course (500 hours)
- Advanced Groomers course (up to 40 hours)

- Full-Time Students: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with one half-hour lunch break
- Part-Time Students: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm, OR 1:00pm to 4:00pm, OR three 8 hour days per week. Some Saturdays will be available for classes
