As our Head of Digital Marketing, you ll be the mastermind behind our digital strategy. You ll lead a team of digital experts (content, CRM, and Performance Marketing) and create a strategic plan that maximizes growth through powerful customer profiles and data-driven personalization. Your mission? To deliver a 360° customer view and the most inspiring customer experience across all touchpoints!

This isn t just a strategic role, you ll be hands-on and operational, working side-by-side with your team to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and bring ideas to life. We need a leader who can both think big and dive into the details.

• Lead, inspire and develop our digital marketing team. Setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and helping everyone level up their game
• Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to drive conversion, increase brand awareness, and deliver the most data-driven and inspiring customer experience
• Keep stakeholders informed with the latest developments and provide strategic advice for optimizing webshop performance
• Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels and budget allocation:
  Performance (SEA, Social, SEO), content and CRM
• Manage relationships with agencies & freelancers, including contracts, payments, and invoices
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate

• Proven senior-level experience in digital marketing leadership
• Strong data-driven and analytical capabilities
• Excellent commercial insight and goal-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach and comfort with ambiguity
• Strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment
