Een organisatie in de jeugdzorg in Zutphen zoekt een Jeugdzorgwerker C voor 30 uur per week om jongeren te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling naar zelfstandigheid. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en stelt samen met de jongeren doelen. Een hbo-diploma, SKJ-registratie en relevante werkervaring zijn vereist. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals pensioen en eindejaarsuitkering.
