As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google Cloud's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. You will anticipate our customer needs and be empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

Video commerce is changing the way that people decide what to buy, as part of the You Tube Shopping team, you will be at the forefront of this shift. Shopping is one of You Tube’s priorities, giving creators new ways to monetize, viewers a new way to engage with the creators they love, and retailers a new sales channel to build their businesses.

• Design and build new features in the You Tube apps.
• Design and build infrastructure for serving and rendering of these features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in setting the technical roadmap.
