We are looking for a Senior Lead Platform Mobile Apps to drive the efficient and sustainable development of a mobile application platform used globally by customers and technicians.

In this role, you will act as a senior technical leader within a Scrum team and a dedicated European supplier team. You will combine hands‑on mobile development with architectural guidance
, ensuring high‑quality, secure, and scalable mobile solutions.

The role plays a key part in shaping intuitive mobile applications that support device commissioning, diagnostics, and connectivity, while managing technical debt and maintaining strong development standards throughout the product lifecycle.

• Drive sustainable development of mobile (and related desktop) applications
• Ensure seamless commissioning, diagnostics, and connectivity of connected devices
• Provide technical leadership within Scrum and supplier teams
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and architects
• Contribute to and review code on a regular basis
• Manage and prioritize technical debt
• Define and enforce quality, security, and development standards
• Review and challenge architecture and software design proposals
• Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and system requirements
• Drive secure software development aligned with cybersecurity standards
• Coordinate with integration and verification teams for end‑to‑end testing
• Support recruiting interviews for external developers
• Lead and influence a remote, Europe‑based supplier team

• 5–8 years of experience in mobile application development
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• 3–4 years of experience assessing technical skills of developers
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Solid experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Architecture principles for scalable mobile platforms (5+ years
  )
• Communication protocols such as Bluetooth, NFC, Thread and secure data exchange
• Integration of mobile apps with cloud services and REST APIs
• Automated testing, including hardware‑in‑the‑loop and IoT use cases
• Secure software development practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
