We are a seed stage startup backed by Y Combinator, Fly Ventures and 20VC, and have recently raised a $4M seed round.

Our mission is to fully automate office work and become the operational backbone of every company in the world.

We believe the key is giving AI agents the broadest possible action space: computer use. Each Clicks agent has its own computer and operates it like a human—perceiving the screen and acting through mouse and keyboard inputs. This allows Clicks agents to perform any task or job that a human office worker can.

• Build and evolve the core infrastructure and product features of Clicks
• Design and scale systems to meet growing product demands while maintaining reliability and performance
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and startup times
• Build evaluation environments for Clicks’ agents
• Create monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure operational excellence
• Build deployment pipelines and robust update mechanisms
• Influence product direction and shape what we build

• 2+ years of experience building and operating backend systems in production
• Strong programming skills, primarily in Python
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Comfortable working with infrastructure as code and modern Dev Ops practices
• Thrive in a super fast‑paced startup environment and enjoy taking ownership

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Postgres, or similar backend technologies
• Frontend experience with Type Script, React, and Node.js
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents and applied AI systems

• Location: Based in Zurich for the next 12 months, with a planned move of our HQ to San Francisco thereafter. We’re looking for someone excited and open to relocating to SF when the time comes.
• Work Style: Office‑first; we value collaborating in person and enjoy working side by side, so the team spends most of its time together in our office.
• Expectations: You should be flexible with working hours when the team needs to move fast, and comfortable with short bursts of intense work around launches or incidents.

• Equity: 0.50% – 2.00%
