About Our Client

Our client is an established engineering services provider currently delivering a large-scale project for a leading railway company in Germany. The project is complex and technologically challenging, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a high-impact environment. This is initially a 4-month assignment with the possibility of extension .

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React or Next.js on the frontend
• Build, extend, and maintain backend services using Python and Django
• Work with Postgre
  
  SQL databases and ensure data integrity and performance
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with React or Next.js
• 3+ years of experience with Python and Django
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of Git and Git Ops workflows
• Practical experience with Dev Ops practices, including Docker
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Fluent English is required;
  German A2 level is required.
